Summary: We loved this place. The fenced in backyard was my favorite. Nice neighborhood and location. Communication with the host was also wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Nice place to stay. Listing said it’s been remodeled. You can see that it has been from the inside but hasn’t been took care of. Nothing on the outside was remodeled. Gate on the fence was broken and has a large hole in it. Not sure how often the owner checks in on the house but I’d be mad if I remodeled it and looked the way it did. House cleaner isn’t doing all her things on the to do list. Over all a very nice place to stay, felt safe and quiet.

Summary: Property looks just as it is listed. The house and yard were immaculate upon our arrival. Very quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Conveniently located to interstate, food, and grocery stores. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need between linens, hygiene products, fully equipped kitchen, and very spacious. The host is quick to respond with questions and anything you may need. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Birmingham.
